Meet, Tyshae Walton, C.A.M.T
At a very young age, Tyshae developed a passion for maintaining good mental, physical and spiritual health. As a former division one athlete, she learned to make a commitment to my mind, body and spirit day in & out.
Tyshae is a licensed & insured Massage Therapist, a certiﬁed Personal Trainer and a Performance Enhancement Specialist. She also practices Applied Kinesiology and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management.
With over 700 hours of massage and bodywork training, along countless hours of creating programs for individuals & groups. Tyshae's desire is to help you reach your ﬁtness goals.
